Overview
We created Gleo because we saw a fundamental shift happening across IT services, consulting, and internal communities of practice — a move toward productised solutions. We also saw it first-hand in buyer behaviour: away from augmented dev teams paid for by time and output, toward clearer, outcome-aligned offerings grounded in real industry, vertical market, and domain expertise.
But there was no system that brought it all together — from the playbook designers and teams responsible for bringing these offerings to market, to the facilitators, consultants, and experts delivering them with clients. We reimagined how this would work for an AI-native workflow and created Gleo.
