Key Outcomes
- Data landscape audit mapping all performance data sources, formats, and integration points
- Insight gap analysis — where are decisions being made without data, and what would change that?
- Data quality and reliability assessment across GPS, wearable, video, and subjective sources
- Analytics architecture design connecting raw data to coach-facing insights
- Integration roadmap for unifying fragmented data systems
- Strategic recommendations report with phased implementation plan

Our Approach
Grounded in the BeachWay — our blend of human-centred design, design thinking, and AI-native product discovery. In sports performance, that means starting with the decisions coaches and performance staff need to make, then working backwards to the data architecture required to support them.
We assess three interconnected dimensions: data infrastructure (what are you collecting, how reliable is it, and where are the gaps?), analytics capability (can your current tools turn raw data into actionable insight at the speed decisions need to be made?), and integration maturity (how well do your GPS, video, wearable, and wellness systems talk to each other?).
The assessment follows a structured four-week cadence: stakeholder interviews and data landscape mapping in week one, data quality and source-level audit in week two, analytics capability and integration assessment in week three, and strategic recommendations with a phased architecture roadmap in week four.
